Private Membership Notice

All engagement is governed by the private domain. You agree not to bring any matters arising from this membership into the public system, courts, or statutory agencies.

7. Right to Deny Access

Decode & Prepare UMA reserves the full right to deny access to any party at any time, for any reason, at the sole discretion of the association.

8. Privacy and Contact Permission

You acknowledge that your name and email address may be securely stored for the purpose of contacting you with updates about new content, resources, or products related to Decode & Prepare UMA. Your information will not be sold or shared externally and will only be used within the scope of this private membership.

Reasonable efforts will be made to keep your information secure and confidential.

However, Decode & Prepare UMA accepts no liability for any unintended access, disclosure, or misuse of information beyond its control.

9. Acceptance

By continuing to access or receive any content from Decode & Prepare UMA, you confirm that you:
